What Our Clients Say

Excellent job from start to finish, timeline was on target, all of the contractors were on time very nice and really cared about my project. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Skinner and Son for all of your remodeling needs!

Chris and his team did a great job on the recents makeover of our rental home. He managed the entire process, from removing furniture, leveling floors, electrical and plumbing updates, installing floors and working with cabinet and bath contractors.

Chris and his team not only delivered exceptional workmanship, but they also rescued my home from a previous service provider's… let's call it 'creative interpretation' of what quality work should look like. Their crew stepped in, corrected every flaw with skill and precision…

After our home suffered damage from a microburst, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect… I called at 10:30 at night, and Dennis answered the phone! He was out at our house the very next day… Within a week, our house was back in order! …they even worked directly with our insurance company, which made an already stressful situation so much easier for us.

We recently hired Skinner and Sons to repair our bathroom after a water leak, and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Dennis came out the same day I called to take a look at everything, which was a huge relief… The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, the pricing was fair…

Skinner & Son (Dennis) was fantastic on doing the remediation/renovation on my clients house I have listed for sale… thank you Skinner & Son for bidding a good price to do the work, following up daily with pictures on their progress, and completing the job to perfection and quickly.

I recently had Chris out for reconstruction after water damage mitigation, and I could not be more pleased with his work! The craftmanship and attention to detail reflect a man who takes pride in his work.

Our kitchen remodel was just completed and Skinner & Son was a major player. Chris and his team were great to work with and did a high quality job at a great price. They paid attention to details, cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, and were very responsive…

Skinner & Son did our kitchen remodel then a month later a neighbor drove through our kitchen. We were out of the country. We were able to call Chris who then came and assessed the damages… Chris handled every detail and we were able to be back in our home in less than three months.

We had Skinner demo old construction, build a new wall unit, provide lighting for the wall unit and cabinets, install back splash, paint and work hand and hand with the cabinet provider… completed the entire project within the timeframes established.

Skinner and Son did a great job arranging accent lights for living room stone ledger wall along with creating a 11' Quartz island counter with pendant lighting and butcher block shelving for laundry room and Kitchen Pantry.

We had the good fortune of being introduced to Chris during a recent remodel of 2 bathrooms in our second home in Verrado. We live out of state… We worked closely with his office/field manager Ashley and she kept us up to date every step of the way with pictures and updates. The project was completed on time, within our budget and to our complete satisfaction.

Professional and dependable. Awesome to work with and great communication throughout our laundry room, powder room and dining area remodel. Would hire Chris again in a heartbeat!
